The best tour agency in Sydney. Great service provided by Peter and Tony to blue mountain and hunter valley. Exceptionally friendly and professional. Great conversation and lots of engagement.

Was in Sydney and went for the blue mountain and hunter valley winery tour. Both tours are amazing and I can't wait to head over to Melbourne for gray line tour!

My driver for blue mountain is Peter, friendly and humorous! Great trip up the blue mountain and giving us ample time to enjoy the scenic world and echo point. The view is amazing and the rides are fun.

My driver for hunter valley is Tony, superb friendliness and enjoy his job a lot. Told us story of Australia and different history. The trip to hunter valley was smooth and Visiting Ernest hill winery was one of the award winning winery, you can't buy their wine anywhere except in hunter valley. They also visit mcguigan which is award winning winery but they are more commercialize. Do try their Late picked Traminer! It's really good.

Definitely a recommended trip. Thanks to both of the friendly driver!

We took a half day city tour of Sydney on 28Apr. The time management was excellent and tour was well designed with fair amount of stops to explore places of importance. This review just cannot be complete without a special mention of John S our tour guide and driver. With John S there was never a dull moment with his excellent people skills. His commentary was very informative without being dull and what stood apart was that interaction with him felt like speaking to a friend.

We had a tour today to the Blue mountains, Darren was our driver, he did a great job and kept us entertained the whole time! The whole day was awesome, we had lots of good stops along the way, with plenty of time at each one. I definitely recommend this tour and if you get Darren you'll have an even better time!

A Coachload of Laughter
I have to give credit to our driver/tour director/entertainer, Tony P. Without the local touch, facts about Australia and a narration of his version of a Skippy episode, the trip to Hunter Valley would have been less interesting.
I believe the 9 passengers got a good laugh and brought us together.
The small group touring is perfect for private wine and cheese tasting, 2 course lunch, winery tour and chocolate sampling.

Darren from Victoria was our driver for both the Blue Mountains & Sydney, Bondi Beach tours. ( 5th & 7th Jan 2018)
He was a great (safe) driver and both informed us and entertained us even in the sweltering heat. He was always cheerful, happy and helpful.
The tours were adventure packed as I had my grand daughter with me and good value for money so I would go on a Gray Line tour again. I would thoroughly recommend for all age groups.

We went on a 2-day combo (Sydney city tour, Sydney harbour lunch cruise and blue mountain day trip) which included cruise rides on both days and it was magnificent.

Day 1: focuses mainly on touring the city (learning its history) and enjoying a lunch cruise. The lunch was delicious and is one of the better meals we have experienced in a cruise.

Day 2: has more outdoor activities away from the city (cable car rides, zoo etc) and finishes with a cruise ride going underneath across the Sydney harbour bridge and stopping at the Sydney opera house.

Peter F. was our tour guide during both days and I have to say he is all class and an absolute champion. He was friendly and patient towards us which made our entire experience so much more enjoyable and we really appreciate his dedication and hardwork in what he does.

So, for anyone interested or curious, this is a must-try if it is your first time in Sydney.

Special Note: This trip was a small part of our overall honeymoon in Australia and it was pure bliss.

We booked to go a tour to the Blue Mountains on Friday 17/01/20 .On the coach journey up , as well as the usual commentary we were told that the weather in the Blue Mountains can be quite different to that of Sydney . When we arrived the weather was awful - low cloud and mist which meant visability was almost zero . It stayed like that for the duration of our stay so we saw absolutely nothing of the spectacular views ! I would say that Gray Line must have been one of the few coach companies to operate a tour that day . They must have known what the conditions were like when the tour started . Not impressed -they could and should have acted in a more professsional manner and considered their customers and cancelled the trip .

We loved the whole experience. We did the Hunter valley and Blue Mountains tour. 5 stars to Daren, our driver, storyteller and singer. Without doubt he made a difference with his charism. Only happiness. 😀
