Fastidiously clean complex everywhere. We stayed 5 nights in an air-conditioned ocean view 2 Bedroom apartment on the 6th floor. Also had River view at rear. A dedicated car park in secure underground car park. Reassuring with current spate of electrical storms. There was generous overflow parking on the street. Elevators. Lots of visible, hard working and pleasant Staff. Receptionist was thorough and pleasant. Spacious apartment had 2 large bathrooms and private balcony with fantastic ocean view to Shelly Beach. Huge open kitchen, dining, lounge area. All meticulous and user friendly. Large frig. Very quiet and lovely residential area near beaches and not in CBD which we liked but it was close to downtown for groceries and shopping. The RLS Club at Shelly had a coffee Cafe and Italian Restaurant Capiche nearby. |Ballina is very beautiful with all the rivers, white sand inlets and ocean access. Lots of free parking. We visited many nearby towns and recommend Maclean particularly. We rode the fantastic Solar Train in Byron Bay and heartily recommend it.

Had another wonderful stay at Grandview Apartments, this time I was on level 1, facing Shaws Bay & enjoyed the spectacular sunsets in the evening from the balcony. Checkin was easy, used the key safe. Parking is underneath & secure. Bed was comfortable & I had everything I needed. As it was a work trip, I enjoyed going for beach walks in the early evening. Such a lovely place, will definitely come back.

We booked a three bedroom apartment for five adults and a baby. Plenty of space for all. The apartment was superb with magnificent views to the ocean and over the river. Spotlessly clean and bedding was high quality and extremely comfortable. |The staff checked with us by text before arrival with helpful tips and information. |After checkout we left a baby mat and the staff contacted us and offered to post. Very friendly and went above and beyond.

I joined three other friends for our annual girls' weekend get together at Grandview for a long weekend catch up. We stayed in the Penthouse apartment and it was great. Lovely space, very light & airy, 2 large bedrooms and a smaller twin room. Huge outdoor area. Everything well maintained and clean. I don't usually swim in the pool but three of us jumped in to cool off and it was a great space. The manager was wonderful to deal with too.

Absolutely stunning views along Ballina’s beaches, river mouth and tue backwaters of the Richmond River. Stayed at the Ocean Tower Luxury Penthouse, which comes with 270-degree views and three rooftop terraces. ||Main terrace turned out to be noisy because of rooftop exhaust fans for the whole building, which even the sound of the waves couldn’t top. Easy-facing terrace was the best, with views along the coast towards Byron Bay. ||The “luxury” in the penthouse name must be because of these views or the very sizeable open plan kitchen/dining/living area. Other than that, solidly good standard with all mod-cons and ducted aircon (not used by us, as weather mild enough) - just not quite what could be expected of other “luxury” places.

We stayed in room 502 with ocean views and it was stunning. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. This was our first family holiday and we are so glad we chose these holiday apartments. 😊

We stayed with our 2 sisters and their adult kids. Found the apartment (504) very spacious with everything we needed for comfortable living, great kitchen with dishwasher, large dining table, 2 bathrooms, great large balcony with ocean views. Owners were responsive to our requests and informed us when the lift wasn’t working due to a regional power outage (5 floors ain’t fun to walk up). Would have been perfect if there was a separate toilet to use. The second and third bedrooms would have benefitted from two bedside tables rather than just one (a shelf even?), it was also hard to get out of the pool for people with mobility issues, and we couldn’t all sit together on the couch, so a couple of armchairs would be great. On the whole though, we had a great time and loved the comfortable beds.
