Terrible experience from a young gentleman today. He promised they were ~$700 to my mother over the phone and yet when she arrived to pay for the plane tickets they had increased by ~$300 to ~$1100. He then said he wanted proof that he said the price was ~$700 and argued with my mother. This gentlemen had a terrible attitude towards his profession and the argument he provided asking my mother for 'proof' that he offered this price is completely unprofessional. My mother then asked for the boss which he replied 'the boss is on holidays and not here'.
