I JUST CALLED RIGHT NOW AND THE SERVICE IS WORST!!! I WAS ABOUT TO ASK FOR UPDATE REGARDING MY JAPAN VISA AND SHE JUST MENTIONED THAT I WILL RECEIVE A MESSAGE AND THEN SHE HANG UP THE PHONE! VERY RUDE, I DIDNT EVEN GOT HER NAME BC IT HAPPENED TOO FAST. I WAS SHOCKED. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS

Service was really bad.
I used their service for my Japan Visa application.
I came to the counter (at the very left when you enter the door). When I handed the paperwork,
the lady was giving me attitude and I think her attention to detail was really bad. she does not qualified in checking documents. Such as, when she’s checking my bank statement, she said “no bank statement just transaction”. Which i don’t get it, the bank statement i gave has all bank-transactions there.
She did not check documents properly and i think she did not understand what information required in order for apply a visa.
I’ve been providing documents most of my life when I want to travel to certain countries, so it’s not my first time and I know what to do.
Then, I ended went to the other counter whereas the other lady still quite helpful and nice (her name is Cindy).
the 2 ladies at the counter were really bad except cindy.
They were very rude did not smile and was not very helpful AT ALL.

Service was bad, I called at 4:50 to check if they are still open to pick up my passport. The staff said no and her attitude was reckless. Totally no manner. If you are closed why still put it 5pm as closing hour and why even mind picking up the phone? Traveled all the way and got disappointed. When I was on the bus passing by and the door was still open The lady with short hair also misinformed me last time. She said they no longer help with J visa but when I asked another one they said they are still doing it

This is the lousiest travel agency i could ever get. Bought a one day trip to great ocean road, the driver missed us when we were not even late. The agent was saying it was our fault because we didn't stand still in front of their store. Just for your information we were literally in front of the store at the timing it was mentioned. And now it is our fault even when the bus driver drove away before the actual timing. How ridiculous is this. What a terrible experience.

I came to Grandcity Travel for my visa in Japan. An incident happened when I need to travel outside Australia next week but I was so panic that I think I could not get back my passport soon for my overseas trip.
