I went to this agency as it was listed on the certified travel offices by the Japanese consulate. I called up to ask how long it would take to process a visa and was quoted a one/two weeks. After submitting my application, the visa specialist told me it would potentially take over a month for my visa to be processed. I mentioned how I was originally quoted a week and she said that the agent must have misunderstood. Now I run the risk of not having my visa processed in time for my flight. The front desk people also did not understand what visa I was applying for despite many mentions. If you are looking to organise a visa for japan, I would recommend going straight to the consulate.

Thanks for today's touring driver Mr John Liu, he is not only a professional touring guide and also very kind of helping people. At the end of the day after I dropped off in Box Hill I found my phone left in his touring bus, I asked my friend to give a call, so that Mr Liu immediately turned back to Box Hill even he is already on the way to the Airport. The staff “Kitty” was very rude! She needs a customer service training. No greetings at all eventhough you greeted her first, asks you to fill up a form but did not give you a pen, did not ask you to sit as well and the list goes on. Very rude and not even helpful at all! And if you ask her the only phrase she knows is “I DON’T KNOW!” Very poor customer service! Very poor performance!!

Really bad service, the tour guide was rude and mean. He kept pushing us customer from one sight to another and didn’t want to wait for us, just want to get his job done and finish his all day work. He said “I’ve never seen anyone stupid like you since my 10 years driving experience” to me on the phone. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. Won’t come back again ever.
