Grand Paradise Rockdale was a complete disappointment. The staff were rude, inattentive, and unprofessional. We waited ages to be served, and when they finally showed up, our order was wrong multiple times. The manager didn’t care about our complaints, and the whole experience felt chaotic and disorganised.
