We had a wonderful relaxing stay at the Tobacco Kiln. Very comfortable very private wonderful hosts and a most enjoyable visit. It was our third visit and we will be back.

A very enjoyable 5 night stay on a working sheep farm which ticked all the boxes. The historic tobacco kiln was clean and comfortable, provisioned with everything we required plus views of Mt Sturgeon in the Grampians.
Hosts Karen and Steven, along with their 3 canine working companions, are very welcoming, making you feel right at home. Karen’s tour of the farm and wool shed provided us with an insight into the complexities of managing a large sheep farm.
We would certainly stay here again when visiting the area.

A beautiful location, I was staying for a work trip but it felt like a holiday. The accomodation was very well set up, very comfortable. I look forward to staying here again in the future for both work and non-work trips! Thank you

We couldn't be happier to have been able to spend the night in this beautiful place. A working sheep farm in Australia! This was an amazing opportunity for us. If you are thinking about staying here and it's available go for it! Karen was a warm, welcoming, informative host. She was happy to answer any question we had no matter how naive. We were greeted on arrival and were given a bit of history of the place. We even had some of her homemade strawberry wine waiting for us when we arrived. This is an excellent location for visiting the Southern Grampians area.

Several Reasons as we thought this place deserved the 5 stars. (1) Hostess is very friendly. Meets you at the bed and breakfast? Bungalow? And provides you with a brief introduction to the are, shows you some exciting things to do and goes over the history of the property. (2) very clean and orderly. No faults at all. (3) although near a road and on a farm, once you are inside the sounds seem to disappear. Very quiet and tranquil. (4) very homely. Quaint and has what you need for a fantastic weekends or couple away breakaway.
Definitely will be adding to the list to revisit and send friends to 🥰

The kiln is amazing!The hosts were super friendly,one of the best weekends we have had,so husband the bed was devine.Everyone needs to book a stay with Karen,2 nights wasn't enough for us,next time it will be 3.Thank you so much Karen
