First time here at the graduates and I was a bit upset that it was a set menu, not whatever I want. I had allergies which I had to bring up and got alternatives instead. Overall it was a very buttery meal. Entree was delicious and I would gladly have more, however the dessert and main was unfortunately not my favourite due to the amount of butter.

Food was excellent - especially the kangaroo and the Apple and Olive Oil desert. My only minor suggestions might be that the warm dishes were on warmed plates but the kangaroo was only just warm and the table service was excellent but from about the main course until coffee time we needed to attract the waiter attention for extra drinks. We don't want intrusive service but perhaps on or two visits to the table with "How is everything' or "Is there anything I can get for anyone" would add another 1% to the service.

I had first experience Graduates food. I thought this is make for student so I didn't expect quality but every single food was super great. All the taste balance great and colour match great also excellent understanding single ingredients. It means that I’ve used all my senses.
Sometimes chefs delivery food to table, it was great to communication to customer with Back of house.
We only had 3 front of house people include bartender. Our group 5people wanted to share for all different food. When it finished courses they change dishes and cutlery. They were busy, but they supported our table well, so our group were not bored during the two hours of service.
The price was very good. Maybe they'll only get charge for the ingredients.
Don't think about it if you hesitate that the quality of food or service will be poor now. Try it. It will be a excellent experience.

My partner and I had a superb dinner at graduates restaurant. For a training environment student waiting staff were attentive, professional and engaging. Food was presented very well and were of a high restaurant standard

This is one of our favourite restaurants to celebrate special occasions and to bring our guests from overseas or interstate. The value for money and quality of food is excellent.

We also go to their other restaurant Tiros for lunches but Graduates is generally more consistent in quality.

Our first time at Graduates Restaurant Regency, and we cant wait to go back!
The food was superb, as was the service - one of the best meals we have enjoyed and that is after experiencing many top tier, exclusive restaurants over the decades.
