We got married on 9/3/22 at Owl's Hoot Barn in West Coxsackie, NY, and hired Graceful Occasions for coordination, and added a floral/design package. Molly was the #1 MVP of the wedding weekend! From the beginning of the planning process to the close of the weekend, Molly was clear, communicative, and SO wonderful to work with. She scheduled phone calls with us, and was always happy to answer questions, big or small.

So many of our guests said that something that made our wedding "the best wedding ever!" was that the day was so streamlined: each event flowed into the next. We have Molly to thank for that!

I LOVED the bouquets that Molly made for our ceremony aisle, cocktail hour, and dinner. She made sure to stick to our budget and was able to perfectly interpret the look and feel we were going for.

Molly did an incredible job of planning our wedding from start to finish. She attended meetings with our vendors, asked questions to ensure everything was how we wanted it and answered any questions we had. Molly helped design our save the dates and invitations on Canva (which saved us a lot of money). Molly did an amazing job making our centerpieces and adding final touches to our wedding cake that made it so special. Molly made sure everything went so smoothly the day of the wedding to ensure I was stress free the entire day. Molly was involved as little or as much as we need during the whole process. Her vision was exactly what we wanted and she carried it out beautifully. I can’t recommend Graceful Occasions enough!

Molly was an essential part of our planning process from the beginning all the way until the end. We wanted a planner who would be a calm presence and guide throughout, and that’s exactly what she is. Molly was well-versed in the venue we chose and was with us when we first toured it—her positive and authentic energy was a huge part of why we booked it in the first place!

Being in the wedding industry ourselves (we’re both wedding photographers), we had an idea of how much work goes into planning the logistics of a wedding, but, of course, being in it was completely different. Molly was there every step of the way when we had questions. She was super reliable, organized and had the best advice and tips for us. She frequently scheduled touch bases to help keep us on track and give us a chance to talk through any worries we had.

Molly met with us in person before the wedding to walk through the property as well as go over logistics and decor for the next day. Once the wedding started she managed so many elements without us even being aware. She was the go-to person for all of our vendors (something that is ESSENTIAL to ensure you’re actually enjoying your wedding day) and anticipated our needs, showing up with water more than once for us and our photographers on what was an incredibly hot day.

We can’t say enough about how much we love Molly and how much her presence eased our planning stresses and made the day run effortlessly. We’re endlessly grateful for her thoughtfulness, kindness and sense of humor. Working with her frees up the time and space so you can be present & enjoy every magical moment of your wedding day.

Molly made my wedding day truly a VISION. People are still to this day talking about our wedding and how seamless everything was AND how perfect every detail was. Our wedding was a “destination” wedding as we were traveling from Long Island with 175 people for a long weekend upstate New York.

I'll admit between my mother and myself we are very type A and know what we want. We go very big in our family and we usually would do everything ourselves but then we met Molly.

Molly, who I couldn’t say enough good things about.. HIRE HER, she’ll make your wedding dreams a reality - She made sure that our wedding was everything we ever wanted. I had some wild ideas.. like hanging basket lights above the dance floor and turning the pavilion into a a magical space with hanging lights on all three walls .. and Molly made it all happen. .

Molly was amazing from start to finish. I did a lot of DYI stuff for my wedding and she was always there regardless of the time or date as a sounding board. She has tons of knowledge when it comes to weddings, was always supportive and super helpful. She calmed my anxiety when things got overwhelming, took tasks off my plate and directed me in the right direction when I felt lost. On the day of my wedding, she fixed every problem without me knowing (until after it was over haha) and helped everything go smoothly. You won’t regret having Molly as a part of your special day. She is great! I’m forever thankful to her!
