Absolutely hopeless, called 3 times no answer. Got to the clinic, rude. Listening to music on her phone and found that more important. Nothing available, asked about the phone calls and said other people are more important. Useless

I've never experienced a less empathetic uncaring receptionist than the woman sitting behind the reception desk. I don't know how sick patients can use this service given how she speaks to people. Very unprofessional. Go elsewhere, a vet gives better care.

Just referring to Joel Thomas review. We do still bulk bill concession card holders and children under 16 years of age. This is all due to the fact that Medicare do not like us bulk billing every patient. So the only way for Dr Moxham to keep open is doing it this way and the out if pocket expense to patients us $20 which we have kept as low as possible. So before you write reviews please get all the correct information. We would only be too happy to bulk bill everyone but our hands are tied and we really do care about the community we service hence the small gap and Dr Moxhams' dedication to keep our doors open. So giving us a one star yes for the quality of service but to do that when we don't bulk bill everyone is a bit unfair.

When I lived in Aldinga, always seen Dr. Moxham and now I live In Hallet Cove I still make the trip back every time i need the doctor.

He is great with kids too!!
