I was referred to Chef Sam Gowing by the great team at 100 mile table and my expectation where set high !

From the moment of contact with Sam I knew immediately that my hopes for my event would be delivered in an exsquiaite fashion.

Sam curated a beautiful menu that incorporates fresh seafood, slow cooked meats, scrumptious sides and what was promised to be divinely served.

Fast forward a few months later and a few quick emails between Sam and myself and Sam and I found ourselves celebrating the success of the welcome dinner for my 30th birthday for my nearest and dearest.

Sam and her team delivered beyond incredible service, the food was second to none and my guests where blown away by the hospitality shown by Sam and her stellar team !

Sam is a genuine and special soul and i feel so lucky to have met her and experienced her charm.
