They absolutely nailed the brisket and rib boxes. The meats came juicy flavourful and piping hot.

The chip and Mac n cheese could go a little bit more seasoning but still good.

Family run and operated, which I like to see.

I’ve read some of the lower reviews and they’re generally by people that have gotten Uber eats or Door dash, so there food came cold. The others are just people that only put up negative reviews. I wouldn’t look too much into them.

Weath a drive and we’ll be back to enjoy their food again.

Great product good price and would like to see them expand out of the industry areas.

I’ve been waiting for months to try these guys and I finally did just that yesterday and WOW did they come through!!! Excellent customer service, we took our meal to go but the atmosphere looked like such a vibe. Highly recommend visiting, I wish I had pre-ordered the ribs 😭 but everything was delicious! And that Mac n cheese though!!! 🤤

Absolutely. Insane! 10/10 recommend.
The brisket and rib were SO succulent and flavourful (definitely order ahead). Mac and cheese was soft and cheesy. The burger was really, really good; the pickles and mustard with the brisket were amazing. Fries were really yum, great texture.
The owner was super friendly, and looked after us, checking to see how things were; that personal service is so rare and set the place apart.

Food is amazing but the service was less than enthusiastic and atmosphere is dead (maybe to early, went at 6:30)

Service, lady at the front taking your order was dull and had no personality. Wasn’t very welcoming and honestly made me feel like she couldn’t care less whether I got something or not. Add a bit of energy and enthusiasm, it’ll make spending $50 pp more enjoyable.

Atmosphere, went at 6:30 and it was dead. Add some background music at least, you feel the silence and people were afraid to talk normally in case it was overheard. That sense of having to speak more quietly.
Love the fairy lights and that there are tables to eat at.

The food was absolutely amazing, on the more expensive side but it’s made really well and quite flavoursome.

Overall, would order in advance and takeaway.

Really good bbq beef briskets, probs the best I’ve had! They just fall apart easily and you must add their bbq sauce. So delicious!I like the idea of protein box as you can smash down all the meats without carbs. Also really loved the wings, tacos and yellow rice. The Mac and cheese loaded fries are a must get if you’re new here. First in Sydney and really loaded with meats and Mac n cheese! Can get a bit messy but yummy!

Went there for the Halal November and oh man I have been missing out on maybe one of the best Brisket burgers ( with very generous portion) around Bankstown.

What makes their burgers special is their sauce and their buns 🍔

Finally dropping a review after a dozen visits I can confirm the food quality is consistent and always amazing.

1. Brisket and Beef ribs always a winner ( ribs always sell out so Pre-order to secure)
2. The house made sauces are all amazing with the meats … winner is the green sauce for me.
3. Price point is amazing when you actually compare it with other places serving same style bbq.
4. Quantity serving size of food is perfect
5. Finally the chef and young crew of staff always consistent and pumping away in getting your food timely.

Now if you made it this far … I have to say I feel sad when I saw people going out of their way to give 1 star reviews and saying food isn’t good etc…. I saw those reviews and got pretty mad as it’s the minority reflection of the majority of reviews … sometimes if you have nothing good to say best keep it to yourself…
So I have to say a few things …

Please don’t come here trying to award a Michelin star or provide a review as Gordon Ramsay picking on every single side component “more acid… less this .. missing this and that…” rather just come and enjoy the food and ambience for what it is … a guy’s passion for his bbq smoked ribs and brisket that gave them the courage to set up a business to feed the family.

When you come with a humble mindset the food always taste better in life.

I highly recommend the loaded mac and cheese brisket fries as you get a warm spread of flavours from the sauces to the juicy fatty protein with the soft comfy mac n cheese on a bed of fries. ( no going back to ordinary HSP after this)

Saw a few reviews on Google saying food needs salt and mac n cheese was the worst not sure what that’s about …. My wife and I love their mac n cheese as it has a beautiful soft and mild flavour rather than a too rich of cheese whack in the face.
The tacos are fire and their wings are juicy and light. Also the orders always taste better when you eat it there.
Final thoughts to address another reviewers comments on wait times….Yes there may be a wait at times and that’s because you have to remember they get tonne of Uber orders as well.

Sometimes I wait 15mins sometimes I’ve waiting 35mins that’s life … I wouldn’t judge a business just because you want maccas wait times…
And no I am not affiliated or paid reviewer just a local customer trying to support a small local business. So if you are not sure give these guys are go and you’ll enjoy a nice warm comfort meal with no regrets.

Terrible Experience. Was looking forward to some tasty meats and they did not deliver. We ordered the gorilla box, beef rib, loaded fries and 10 wings.

Gorilla box. The beef brisket was tender but very tasteless almost like regular roast beef, no taste of any smoke and the seasoning was very bland. The box has the worst chicken I have ever tasted from any restaurant or food truck. The chicken was not even smoked at all and had no seasoning or colour to the skin. It tasted as if it was boiled then put in the oven for 5 minutes. I expected very tasty chicken with a nice smoke and flavoured skin. The sausage was equally as disappointing as the chicken. No smoke or flavour at all and taste like a sausage they cooked up from Woolies.

Beef rib was very tender and looked very tasty. This was alright but nothing amazing, taste bland like the brisket.

The chicken wings we ordered were exactly the same as the chicken in the gorilla box. I ordered thinking I would get a proper piece of chicken in the gorilla box but I did not. So my comments for the previous chicken go for the wings also. Worst I have tasted in all of Sydney

The loaded Mac and cheese fries were by far the tastiest thing we ordered and is the only item I would actually recommend from their whole menu.

Very disappointing and ridiculous for the price we paid. I don't understand how the reviews are good here.
