Newly recruited technician came out for a job. Couldn't figure out what was wrong with our fryer. He had no idea what he was doing. He "think" it was the element that need to be replaced.

Wanted to come back next time (for another fee) to test the element because the fryer was too "hot".Never gave us any notice that fryer need to be cold to be able to test. Wasted of $214 for nothing.

Would not recommend.

Disappointed with the “warranty” from this company. Paid 35k for a fryer with filteration system. I dropped the hose once from a height no more than 1 meter and the hinge went slightly out of place rendering it un useable. Was told this wouldn’t be covered under warranty which I find quite ridiculous. These machines are supposedly made for commercial use in a commercial environment. For a product to be unuseable after one small drop and for the company not to offer to fix it under warranty is not very good service to say the least. The machine is less than 1 month old. The ironic thing is When I was on hold the hold recording was boasting about their great warranty and service.

useless design of goldstein 8 burner cooktop. every time any liquid drops on side it straight goes in burners holes and block them. i'm sick of opening holes all the times. actually I wanted to upgrade from 6 burner (its different manufacturer) to 8 burners i spend nearly 7k on its totally waste of money. my old 6 burner have more output then goldstein 8 burners and its cheaper too then goldstein. when i called their office they rudely said we cant do anything. its your problem now. They don't care about coming to check what is the actually problem is. i have to put back my old one this is sitting in the corner now.

Think twice about purchasing from Goldstein Eswood as my experience with the service was very poor. Arranged a repair of a dishwasher which was not fixed, tech said that everything was working when he left which was not true. Had to get a competent person out that was not from this company who found that the chemical pipe was completely blocked so there was no way it was working when the Goldstein Eswood tech left. Ended up paying for a repair that wasn't completed and then pay another person to fix it properly. Contacted Eswood service multiple times to ask for a refund on the service aspect only to get no call back by the service manager or her manager as promised. Ended up speaking to some other person at the service department who was defensive and didn't listen. Have made a complaint to fairtrading. Don't like to pay for something that did not get fixed and then be lied to by the tech saying that the machine was working when he left when that was impossible.

I bought Goldstein woks 3 times already! Always trust them. Their service leader Tan is a legend! He & his colleague fixed our problem in 5 mins! We will continue to be their customer!

my appointment postponed 2 times, reason was lady who made my appointment forgot to put on book. wow
obviously she did not appologise.

repair man came without phone call. They told me repair man will call half an hour before but he didnt. He just appeared late afternoon and ordered "smashed avocado" eating and repair machine. i was away that time, i came back to cafe and asked my worker why does he eating foods, my barista told me "he said, he is hungry". Ended up he did not fix machine and told me i did not tell error codes when i had appointment. (i clearly remember i did told 3 error code on phone)

repair man said he will come back on Thursday
on Thursday repair man did not come reason was too busy. wow
i had to find out myself i didnt get any informed. SO professional team!

i fixed machine next day finally after waiting more than a week and postpone my appointment 2 times,

Payment was super expensive
paid like 1400 dollars plus
well i am wondering why do i have to pay extra labour fee

Just had a machine breakdown in our cafe and was attended by one their lovely technician Amelia.
What a great asset to any company to have a patient experienced technician in a very hot kitchen to make us laugh after a long shift.

Make sure u ask what’s in the box when u make any purchase when Goldstein. Bought a deep fryer over $5000 and have to pay the lid separately for $100!
