I cannot recommend Goldfields camper and caravans enough!! I absolutely love our Discovery 15HFX, I cannot fault anything with the van or the customer service that comes with it.
This is our first van with an ensuite, it's a real nice upgrade from our old van. And all the upgrades are nice, but they can be a little daunting and a challenge to learn. But the team at Goldfields have never let us down. Their courtesy and patience they show us is second to none when we ring them with questions...
We have surprised family and friends with our van and all the features it offers (long time campers that have travelled Australia). We have heard their stories of how they have no luck with after sales communications!
We are camping now with friends, and I rang Steve at 10pm our first night and he answered and talked me through my worries! When I got off the phone, our friends comment was 'it makes you want to go straight out buy one from them!'
Kev, Amber, Frank and Steve (a couple more, but I cannot remember your names, sorry!) You guys are bloody legends, thanks for looking after us and welcoming us into the Goldfields camper family.
Do yourself a favour and buy from Goldfields Camper, you will never be disappointed 💜 so much love and appreciation for you guys

Picked up our gorgeous new Eureka today!! We can’t wait to go on our first camping trip!
The team at Goldfields have been a delight. From placing our deposit at the Melbourne camping show, to the constant communication right up to picking it up.
The walk through was fantastic and as first camper buyers, all our questions were answered.

The trailer is good, I have had a lock break apart, which we had trouble with during the handover, but that's about it.

I broke a couple of leg stabilizers (my Fault) which I needed some advice on for replacement and tried getting insurance through Goldfields at their recommendation, but never happened
due to no response.

It deeply saddens me to post this review as the family are very nice. My review is purely based on the after service only.

I really wanted to give more then this but I just can’t the communication and after sales was horrible. I brought the discovery 15. 8 week delivery time was called 3 weeks before and the guy asked me what model van I’d brought?!?! Then called me back and said oh yep that’s right….

The hand over was less then impressive none of the guys really knew what they were doing. The kitchen was dirty and cutlery draw full of crumbs.

Upon arriving at our first trip along with other family members that have brought goldfields campers we noticed our hose drain for the sink missing. As soon as we’d get a bit of wind our stove would blow out as we had no wind breaker on ours but all the other campers do have?Our fridge track keeps locking up and we can’t close it and the solution given was to just stick a flat head screwdriver in it.

After speaking to them about the stove they could only offer a temporary solution to a huge problem if you can’t use the kitchen.

Quite disappointed to be honest as this was our first brand new van. And I’d just like others to be aware that out of 3 of our family members I was the only one that has had a not so great experience.

The van itself has been great for our family just disappointed in the overall care. Do not recommend if you are going to spend 50k on a van go elsewhere

Bought a Discovery 13 and love it. Had small issue with hose connection and couldn't be more impressed with after sales service.

We got the discovery 13X. Great to tow, very comfortable king bed, easy to set up (after you’ve done it once or twice!) I can actually do it on my own and I have physical disabilities!
Was given a quick run down of how to do things, of. Purse forgot half of them!
A few minor issues… door window has nothing on it! No roller, curtain or tint. (Sorry camping neighbours, I didn’t realise you could see in!) very cheap and nasty looking plastic thing to get to door handle on door of fly wire, which can not be locked as you can just push the plastic across. Basically not happy at all with the door.
A main switch is at foot of bed, every time we got out of bed our calf would switch everything off. (If it has to be there, a cover would be handy) solar battery doesn’t seem to be very big. Blockout blinds on back window got crushed from pillows, they are like tracing paper.

Quality build, great inclusions and sensational service. We have absolutely no regrets in buying our first camper from Goldfields. From our first contact through to our Eureka's delivery, the entire Goldfields team went above and beyond, making the entire experience stress free. Thoroughly recommend a Goldfields should you want a quality camper and peace of mind comfort while you explore the wonderful country in which we live.

We picked up our Grand Duke camper last week - first weekend away was in Maryborough and this long weekend we are in Daylesford. We love it! We upgraded from a Jayco Swan - can’t believe how easy and functional the Grand Duke is in comparison. It looks great. We’ve had some high winds this weekend too and the camper sits solid as can be.
The after sales service has been gold star too. The guys at Goldfields stand by their wonderful product and no question or task is too much for them.
Thank you Goldfields. Our adventures have just begun and we are loving the journey so far.
