We love the gold museum tour
We were taken down 60 m underground
Where we learned the background of the mining and the history with a great tour guide.
We learnt so much this day And we're impressed on the history and the hardship that these miners had to go through. We got to pan for a bit of gold
Look at where they would get changed after and before this shift and have showers, and the engine room that drove the lifts up and down the shafts.
They even have a function room down underground where you can have little events and parties.

Interesting displays and some exciting gold panning to do. Included with the underground gold mine tour or buy tickets separately for just this.

Great place, to see displaying of solid gold as well as picking your own gold.

Before, your way out you are able to purchase 24k gold souvenirs for you to bring home at super reasonable prices.

My daughter and I went for the underground mine tour, the experience was excellent. Thanks Graham the rour guide provided excellent information, the facility reflects how the miners worked back in the time. The gift shops has lot of interesting things for us to choose from as well. That was a great memory.
