Michelle was a lifesaver when our Europe trip got off to a bad start and when we had further issues along our trip. Not just picking great hotels but great support when your on the other side of the world!

I had a very disappointing experience with Going Global Narellan. From the start, the agent I dealt with was extremely rude and dismissive. Rather than assisting me with my travel plans, she made me feel belittled and unimportant. At one point, she even questioned if I was really going on the trip, implying that I didn't appear to have the means to travel. She repeatedly stressed the ‘$100 non-refundable planning fee,’ making it clear that she felt her time was too valuable to waste on me. Her condescending attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking. Because of this, there was no way I was going to pay for a quote from someone so openly rude. Instead, I downloaded two free apps and successfully planned our lengthy overseas trip myself.

Vanessa is our travel agent. She has come from Hello World to Going Global and has been so helpful in the last 10 years of dealing with myself.
Vanessa has always answered calls or called back, replied to every email and even helped me save money where I could on some holidays.
Vanessa is very friendly and easy to talk to. Anyone would love to book with her as it makes the holiday more enjoyable and exciting.

Vanessa has booked 12 of my 13 cruises and has always gone above and beyond to help me. After reading other comments about being racists on these reviews I can guarantee they were complete lies.
My family are mixed nationalities along with my closest friends being Asian and we have never had an issue in all these years. Vanessa will always be our go to lady as she has always helped us get the best deals and even save us money when prices have dropped.
Ignore the hate Vanessa, some people use their race as a discrimination which is just disgusting. Keep being your beautiful helpful self.

Absolutely the worst place! A lot of indirect discrimination, my partner and I are of Asian descent. We walked in asked for help, venessa doesn’t even ask for us to take a seat at her desk. We asked her if we could take a seat, after telling her that we wanted to visit Africa. She kept Implying that we couldn’t afford the holiday, even after I had assured her money was not the problem as I have a very successful business running I could afford it just point me in the right direction. I asked for a quote she said I have to wait 10 days just for a quote! I guess venessa has been blinded by her privileges, so she assumed every ethnic who walks through the doors can’t afford the holidays and clearly she has not come across anyone who’s young and successful. Definitely would not suggest.

My husband and I booked a two week trip to China through China travel services. We were recommended by Going Global to take a look at their itinerary and decide if it was something we wanted as we were looking at booking a similar trip through Tripadeal. The lady who we dealt with was lovely and even assisted with getting our VISA's completed. However, there was no follow up at all to see how we enjoyed our trip and if we were thinking about planning the next one. China was an amazing country to visit however I would definitely not go through China Travel Services again. To anyone who is considering it, please do not waste your time and book through somewhere else as the accommodation that was stated on the itinerary given to us was changed within 7 days of our flight. The hotels that we were meant to be staying at were located closer to the city centres and the ones it was changed to was at least 40-50kms from the city centres. NOT worth it for me. Also, the lunch they provide is extremely basic, without sugar coating it, we basically got rice and lettuce with something that looked like chicken and this was almost everywhere where the lunch was included in the package. China is not that expensive and if I knew the food and accommodation was going to be like this ahead of time, I would have arranged and booked it myself.
In summary;
China = Awesome country to visit. Delicious food and vibrant culture.
Going Global = Probably only in it for the commission. No follow up post trip.
