Don’t believe their return policy for your bond. It’s been well over 5 business days since I returned the vehicle on time with 0 flaws, full petrol and in the correct space. I’ve been give. The run around by multiple agents as to when the funds will be back into my account. Don’t think you get to speak to a manager, completely laughable.

Wasn’t impressed with the lengthy delay it took to get everything sorted. However, my 3 year old toddler learnt some phenomenal kicking and listening skills at the Bankstown car park as we practiced a combination of soccer and football with an oak carton! Not sure what the future holds for Gecko, but I can certainly say that my son now has even more skills to pay the bills with his sporting abilities! And this Mumma and his Aunty would have made excellent goal keepers and referees 😂😂😂😂

This company has extremely bad customer service and expertise. Their protocol is extremely complex and hard to follow with ease. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a vehicle hire as this company is difficult and doesn’t give their customers their rights and support that they deserve.
