Israel is the most amazing Tour guide ever!!! I have been on a lot of tours… this was one of the best! He is super funny and showed our group some of the best sights. What a fun and amazing day!! Wish all my tour guides were as cool as him!!! I would ask for him by name… try to get on his tour!

My husband and I loved this tour. To be honest, it has been one of the best tour I’ve ever had in Australia. Bus was very comfortable. Morning tea was in a beautiful place and we had a good chat with everyone. Additionally, our guide James was very helpful and he is really caring about showing us the secret places, tell us the historical part of each place. He is absolutely amazing!

I had total anxiety when I started the tour because of the arrival time back to Melbourne. I should have known Michael will just fix it. He was reassuring and very understanding of my need to get back in time for my coach. I added that extra pressure on him and he dealt with it easily and without fuss. As a guide, he was personable, engaging and very intuitive of his passengers every needs. He also has patience of a saint for those who just didn't care about time keeping. Well needless to say he got me to my hostel at 9pm with plenty of time to get my coach. We saw amazing wildlife and beautiful views and everything was on schedule and timed to perfection. That was all Michael's hard work and amazing time management skills. Thanks Michael for an amazing day ending with Kangaroos at the cricket match. A special thank you for getting me to Melbourne in time for my coach. I truly appreciate what you did for me.

Our trip along the Great Ocean Road was absolutely unforgettable! The landscapes were stunning, and each stop was more beautiful than the last. Our Go West Tours guide, Bob, made the experience even better. He shared so much knowledge about every spot we visited, and his passion for the area really showed. Had a wonderful experience with Go West Tours especially want to thanks to our tour guide Jacqui. She is Amazing!

I love the stories she shared while making our ways to various location. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She is very attentive to the needs of each people in the group and provide excellent service.

Would like to recommend her as your tour guide because she is fun to be with and you will never get bore with her because of her deep respect and interest in the history of Melbourne.

Our Great Ocean Road 12 Apostle Sunset tour was excellent. Bob, our guide, was very entertaining, mixing relevant info with humor. On top of that, he was very caring and asked us several times if we were ok. Driving was careful and Bob did his best to drive smoothly as our family is prone to motion sickness.

Regarding the tour, the views were magnificent at sunset. As an added bonus, we were even able to spot Koalas and Penguins. Highly recommended for friends and families alike.

Fantastic Day with Jacqui on the Phillip Island Penguin Parade Tour

Had an unforgettable time on the Phillip Island Penguin Parade Tour, all thanks to an amazing guide, Jacqui! From the start, she made the day so enjoyable. We stopped at the colorful Brighton Beach Boxes before heading to Moonlit Sanctuary, where Jacqui’s friendly and informative nature really shone. She guided us through the wildlife park, sharing fascinating facts about the nocturnal animals, and even history of the sanctuary. She even saved me when I was lost after exiting the park too early 🙂 My favourite part was the Nobbies, which had a breathtaking coastal view. The tour was well balanced with guided and free roaming time.

At the highlight of the tour – Penguin Parade –, Jacqui made sure we had the best spots to see the adorable penguins waddle back to their homes after a day at sea. Her enthusiasm and love for the animals made the experience even more special.

Overall, Jacqui’s knowledge, warmth, and fun personality made this tour a true highlight of our trip. Highly recommend this tour – and Jacqui – to anyone visiting Melbourne!
