I asked Jay to arrange a very complex and last minute travel plan into Europe and back across multiple countries with accomodation and land transport. Jay was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He was accessible at all hours even from overseas when things needed changing. No matter what curveball happened Jay responded and sorted it.
His primary focus is customer service and he knows his industry very well.
