1 star for competitive pricing. And that's it. Customer Service very poor and after sales service absolutely bad.
If you hear this phrase "I will give you a call back" that means they will never call you back. @Thamara you use to run a pretty good joint there back in the day and it's sad to say your staff are not living up to those days anymore. Also your ex employee's steal customer database details to contact me from their new work place to offer better travel deals. where is the privacy of your customers ?

IF i could, i'd rate it '-'. Absolutely intolerable customer service response. Put in a few requests for a call back but no news heard. Feedback provided to its site some weeks ago gone unheard too. Think thrice before engaging its service!
