I took my family from overseas to wineries around the Barossa and did not have a good experience with this company. The driver was upset we were running behind and would not agree to be paid for any extra time, although this had been offered when booking. The driver was booked for another trip after our tour and wanted to get back early.
He was rude, and ruined our entire day out. Although I spoke to the owner and then sent an email, I had absolutely no response, no solution, never mind an apology.

Took my family to some Langhorne creek wineries over the Xmas break and had a fantastic time.
The people at Go Direct from the admin to the driver were awesome, admin was extremely helpful in booking the wineries and the driver was friendly and funny.
Thanks for a great day.
