Our holiday had a rocky start when our Qantas flight was canceled due to technical issues, and later, all flights to Japan were grounded because of a typhoon. Thankfully, Kath stepped in, rearranging flights, tours, hotels, and transfers to ensure our trip could still happen the following week.

When we finally arrived in Japan, we had an incredible time visiting Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. Highlights included Nara Park, a sumo wrestling match, and a Geisha dinner experience—all thanks to Kath’s expert recommendations.

Even when typhoon activity disrupted bullet train services mid-trip, Kath guided us through it with calm and effective communication. She truly went above and beyond to make our trip seamless, turning potential chaos into a memorable adventure.

We’ll be booking all our future trips with Kath and have already recommended her to family and friends.

I've always managed my booking online but this time things were complicated so I approached Joanna for her help in Helloworld Travel Point Cook. Joanna was able to assist me in a very professional and friendly manner and got the job done very fast. I was also amazed when a week before our flights, which included 2 international and one domestic, the time from the domestic flight had apparently changed without notice but Joanna identified the change, immediately inform me and found a solution for me.

Recently I used the services of Joanne to organise the flights and accommodation for my trip to France and Qatar.
