Worst Agent will never book tickets or organise a tour again!
Doesn’t answer phone calls takes all money up front then leaves you hanging organises the cheapest options on tour very unorganised worst experience ever been on many tours and this was by far the worst experience
No transfers were organised properly got to airports were left hanging then weren’t advised we had 2 domestic flights while on tour and had to pay the luggage difference twice so out of pocket again we were advised entry fees for most places were included in the amount we paid but this wasn’t case so really this tour cost us double of what we originally paid for! Very disappointing

We're not sure how to utilise the service. We went to the address on google, circled around twice, thinking we've either missed it, but the business address is either the loading docks or storage doors to Anytime Fitness

We prefer a walk-in, face to face service. The picture uploaded shows an office, but it doesn't seem this place offers it or exists. That was a waste of time

The website they have listed is not user-friendly or helpful. We tried looking for flights and specials, and it kept looping itself to the main page or to the map of Watergardens Shopping Centre. If you manage to move to another page of the site, titles and headings are in English, but the description is not in english

We're not going to try contacting the service's mobile, as mentioned we prefer a face-to-face or easy self-service option for our travel needs

Glimpse travel was able to get my family back home during the difficult time of COVID, the fee and service was amazing and made our life very easy. Definitely recommend Glimpse travel and we will be using Glimpse for all our future travel needs.
