Our wedding was 14/10/2023 and we had the most amazing time. The venue looked absolutely perfect, and Lena and the staff were wonderful. I could not have picked a better venue for our perfect day. The absolute highlight of the day was feeding the cows.

Lena’s experience was paramount in us achieving a relaxed atmosphere for our event. Our guests kept commenting on the friendliness of the catering staff and quality of the food.

Words really can’t express my thanks and gratitude. Lena and staff, plus grounds, truely went above and beyond.

Lena was always available to answer our questions and offer valuable feedback. She made sure every little detail was confirmed ahead of time and coordinated smoothly with all our external vendors.

We chose Glenrock Farm for its spacious, family friendly environment, the freedom to decorate ourselves and the option to bring in outside caterers. Plus, it’s very reasonably priced!

Our daughter's wedding was beautiful at Glenrock Farm and we really appreciated the wonderful service we received. The location was gorgeous (providing an excellent back drop for photos) and the facilities were great.

We were so excited for our wedding at Glenrock Farm when we secured our day with 6 months to go. We chose Glenrock because of the open air, picturesque and peaceful atmosphere, we loved the idea of having a blank canvas to do some DIY decorations for our big day and the cows in the paddock not far away were also a big reason for choosing Glenrock.

Feedback from our wedding include:
* We had feedback from our guests that they were all having trouble with the locks on the toilets and resulted in them holding doors closed for each other when using.
* I was advised that there was a Bridal Toilet (Indoor toilet) but not until 20 minutes before the end of our Wedding.
* Don’t pay by cash there is no incentive to the payee.
* The quality of the food was 10/10 however it was disappointing to hear that the portions of food were not adequate to the 80 guests, we had half of our wedding never got to try any of the leg ham as it was already gone by the time they got to the buffet.
* The day before our wedding we attended the venue to drop off alcohol, mixers and decorations and had organised a wedding rehearsal. The vibe/feel at the venue was extremely uncomfortable. I asked to turn our speaker on to practise walking down the aisle with music timing and was “huffed at”, “stared at”, ignored, and left awaiting a response from the Owner, Lena. The staff member Rebecca assisted me to turn my speaker on and then was also reprimanded verbally by the owner too “Stop doing things that aren’t our job” was what was said. Interestingly we were also setting up the venue which was not our job that day. We had our music unplugged whilst we were rehearsing. By this point, I was extremely upset, overwhelmed, offended and the most anxious I have felt in the whole wedding planning process. I left the venue on the Friday and to be totally honest, never wanted to return. This feeling sat with me for the entirety of our wedding day, although the Owner was in a much more professional mood on the day of our wedding, I couldn’t unsee what I saw the day before. I felt like I was walking on eggshells the entire day anxious about any sort of confrontation impacting our wedding day.
* We had sound issues at the Ceremony (Couldn’t hear the music or the celebrant) which I expected after the rehearsal wasn’t helpful.
* We also had sound issues at the Reception, multiple times I advised the Owner I couldn’t hear the music and was told the speaker was only allowed at certain areas inside the barn because the noise travels, but this same venue allows weddings who hire live bands (Which are much louder) so by the end I gave up trying to fix the sound.

Positives from our wedding include:
* Rebecca and the two younger males who were serving and setting up were incredible. Their positive, professional and helpful demeanours were the only saving grace for our wedding. We had so many friends and family comment on their ability to go “Above and beyond” for our Wedding and Guests and nothing was ever too much trouble.
* The venue at Glen Rock Farm is stunning, our photos, the space everything about the space is 9/10.
* The food was incredible – all our guests rated the food 10/10.

My Wedding Day was a day I will never forget because I married the love of my life which is what it is all about, however, the stress I felt on the day of our wedding came directly from Glen Rock and I wouldn’t recommend them based on this. You have the power and ability to create and alleviate stress for those couples, this responsibility should be front of mind.

I recently held my wedding at Glenrock Farm and couldn't have been happier with the venue, and support from Lena (venue coordinator). Lena helped so much in the lead up to the wedding, in coordinating with vendors and myself, and on the day was on hand to make sure everything ran smoothly. The venue itself is beautiful, with a rustic shed and old gums throughout. Being able to hold both reception and ceremony on site, plus having everything needed on site made the day so easy. Thank you for making my day so special x

I would 100% recommend Glenrock Farm as the perfect venue to host your special event. We just got married there and Lena and her staff were so accommodating to us and our guests. Lena was very responsive in answering any questions we had and nothing was too hard. The food was totally melt in your mouth amazing and the kids got a kick out of being able to feed the cows.
