Brilliant customer service. I rang first thing in the morning to follow up on my daughter's lost phone. The company had been used to transport young people for a holiday camp. It's a complete mess. The coach park anywhere. They don't consider the safety of street passers-by. So they won't consider the safety of the same passengers. The driver makes fun of my protest.
