We stayed in Deluxe Queen room, very quiet, clean, spacious… good mattress. Continental breakfast included. Great value for money.
Also very friendly staff.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The family suite was very clean and tidy, with plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. The heater worked wonderfully, the shower water pressure was great, and the kitchenette was very practical. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a guest laundry that was free to use (we stopped here for a night on our way home from our holiday). Throwing a few loads of washing through was incredibly convenient! We will be back!

Stayed 2 nights on business, the very helpful and friendly staff made sure my heater was switched on and the room was toasty and warm prior to my arrival.

Bathroom is very modern and recently renovated. Room was clean and comfortable. Despite being close to the highway I did not hear any traffic.

Breakfast is provided and was a great addition at no extra cost.

Only slight problem was I could not find the main light switch but after about 5 minutes of searching I was able to locate it on the inside of the window sill near the door.

Will stay here again in the future. Great value for money, clean and comfortable

At this motel, many things were just right: the warm welcome at reception, the helpful staff, the small but very comfortable double room, and the generous breakfast choices. Having stayed at several similar motels during this particular trip, I can warmly recommend the Glen Innes Motel as a nice place to stop as it offers better service and quality than most, and, in my opinion, for a reasonable price.

We had been driving all day and were looking for somewhere to stay. This hotel had good reviews and didn't disappoint . Tamara was very helpful. Free washing was a bonus and the breakfast was great start to the day. Bed was comfortable, good water pressure and the place was very clean.

Selected this accomodation even though a little more expensive than the dozens of other choices in this town as breakfast was included making it easy for us as an overnight stay. However arrived in breakfast room at 8:35am to be greeted by “it’s all packed up”. We did have a bowl of cereal once I worked out the stopper needed to be removed. Orange juice had a fly floating, no hot water for coffee and no bread for toast.

The room was warm clean and comfy. But breakfast was disappointing. Should have picked a cheaper option with no breakfast option.
