Absolutely fabulous Gin. David went out of his way to host us. Well worth the visit, the guy knows his craft well. Highly recommend the Juniper Gin. We will be back for sure!

Went for a tasting with friends this afternoon. Dave and Susie were superb, gracious hosts. Dave began by talking through the distilling process while showing us the vats and still. We then sampled each of the liqueurs and gins one by one, as Dave talked through the ingredients, characteristics, and process of creating them.

We had a wonderful time and it was hard to choose which ones to buy today and which to get next time, because they were all delicious. My unexpected favourite of the day was the Sambuca. Looking forward to visiting again with more friends.

What an absolute pleasure and most enjoyable experience. David, the head distiller was such a nice man with a real passion for what he does. He took his time to explain each of his gins & liquors as we tasted them, we had a good laugh together & left with some superb bottles of poor pleasure. Thank you David& Suzie.

The tasting of the gins and liqueurs was a wonderful experience (we normal don’t get excited by liqueurs). A great family business with at least three generations (that we counted) involved with the making of these gins including the fermentation and distillation of the base spirit – not so common with gin distilleries these days. Strongly recommend for gin and non-gin drinkers!
