DIY
Twenty plus years in hospitality and trust us, the repertoire can be exhaustive. There are numerous ideas on this site and we have categorised them to help you.

But we know, even with our years of experience that there could be a favourite dish you love or that someone you know loves and its not here. DIY (Do It Yourself) means we want you to speak to us, or send photos or whatever so that we can create your request!

DIY also means you can jump from one style to another. For example, if you chose a buffet but want some cocktail food on the buffet then so be it.

Having a DIY might also mean, for example, that you prefer to make your own birthday cake for desert but you need us to cut and serve.

All we want you to know is that this occasion is about you, your guests and your event and we should feel free to make requests.
