The carpets are dirty. The air-conditioning was dripping had to put a towel there. You can not go up higher than your floor your staying on, so could not see family on higher levels. Close to shops is great location, parking on-site is easy.rooms clean and kitchen.

Great place to stay at and a very good price for what you get. We had some trouble with the Ferry getting cancelled and they made it super easy to change our booking. The manager Donna was the sweetest, it’s clear she cares about the guests a lot 🙂

Large, comfortable apartment rooms. Service was excellent and they were very generous with their late checkout that we asked for. Location is quite central with restaurants, cafes and supermarket within walking distance.

We have stayed here previously and were happy to rebook. The apartment was great and clean!! So, great job from the cleaners who are friendly and honest. That's important, when you are leaving valuables and tech in your room while you are out. My only suggestion is please get the carpets cleaned, stains removed properly and you should jump a spot. Other than that, the service and staff, fantastic.

My bridal squad and I recently stayed in the four bedroom penthouse and it was perfect! Spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.
Other family members stayed in the one bedroom apartments which were equally as nice.

Unfortunately rooms on level 5 experiencing internet issues. No internet in our room for our 4 night stay. Could not use my laptop at all.
Not good enough in this day and age.
Poor response when I complained.

We recently stayed for our U18 basketball competition, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and tidy the apartment was. It was the perfect home away from home, with comfortable furnishings that made our stay enjoyable.

We had a late check-in, but the process was seamless and made easy by the wonderful reception staff. They were incredibly accommodating and ensured that everything was ready for us, which took a lot of stress off our shoulders after a long day of travel.

Parking was a breeze, which was a huge plus, considering we had multiple players with us. The convenience of having easy access to our vehicles made our daily commutes to the games hassle-free.

Overall, our experience at Gladstone Central Plaza was fantastic, and we would definitely stay here again for future tournaments. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Awful place to stay .
We travel a lot and stay at a lot of beautiful places we have always given great reviews.
sorry this place for cleanliness is the worsed we have ever stayed in.
I would NOT recommend staying unless they do something with the carpet and lounge & clean better.
We had a three bed room apartment 304
we loved the location & the Large rooms, lots of room to move around in the showers they are nice and big.
Unfortunately the disgusting carpet wasent just dirty it was putrid so disgusting.
No soap holders in shower to put soap on when showering.
Couch needs to be changed not very nice at all.
A Tiny TV The net curtains are very dirty, the lamp wouldn’t work in bedroom either Air cons need a good clean.
Air conditioner would not come on we had to get someone up to fix it twice.
Management need to go up to the room 304 and inspect the carpet pull couch out and check the carpet under it I bet they wouldn’t stay there.
Stop relying on cleaners who do a crap job.
Sorry but we won’t stay again awful place minus stars.
