Absolutely great morning with a group of friends at the ginger baker this morning. The atmosphere and vibe of the place was great and upbeat. To top it off I asked one of the staff Abbey if she could please heat up my coffee in a microwave to have it abit warmer and insisted that the venue would make me a fresh hot dirty almond chai. The service was great and all the food shared was absolutely amazing. All the staff were friendly, kind and super helpful. Highly reccomend visiting the ginger maker when in Bright. I will
Definitely be back.

Can't recommend this place more highly.
Seated under an umbrella in the gorgeous treed yard, overlooking the waterpark and pool area.
Sunlight trickling through the leaves, and beautiful fast, attentive service by a lovely young staff member.
Food was exceptional. I had the ricotta hotcakes with a side of bacon (recommended as a tasty extra, and the waitress was right!). Absolutely delicious, and it looked so pretty! The mascarpone a fabulous touch.
The other members of my group had the eggs Benedict, the GBmuffin, and muesli. All very delicious.
We'll be back!

Great coffee & yummy fresh breaky. Lovely to sit outside under the shade. We went during peak season so the service was a little slow but very friendly and accomodating.

Just an amazing little spot in Bright. Had the best coffee I have had outside of melbourne, the staff were so amazing with my anaphylactic son by making his hotcakes separately and giving him some different fruit topping, they were so accomodating and wonderful service. I enjoyed the onesie menu option of poached egg, bacon, tomatoe on sourdough for $14. Thanks again!

We drove for 3 hours and a half to have breakfast here and of course to see Bright.. anyway we arrived lots of people inside and we waited to give us a table since we saw a vacant table but we were catered into a side eating bench. I don’t normally eat in a side bench but when I asked that there’s an empty table anyway, the guy protested that it’s for 6 people dining and we’re only 3 , anyway we proceeded to the bench and ordered the pancakes. The price of the pancakes wasn’t equitable, nothing stands out in it. I felt sorry to myself that I ordered that. The good thing is their toilet was so clean. It’s very small venue and eating on the bench, the advantage was the good view outside. The service was quick. The latte was delicious.
