All staff were very helpful but specifically Matt who was amazing helping us plan our three month trip down the east coast of Australia and New Zealand. He spent so much time with us going through all the best priced options and answering any questions, nothing was too much trouble. We really appreciated his help and it made planning our trip so much easier and affordable.

Booked the entirety of our East Coast trip with Matt, who was extremely helpful and managed to find us the best price possible! He was very thorough, planning all our activities and accommodation for our 2 month trip down the East Coast. He also helped plan our travel for our 6 week trip in New Zealand, which was extremely helpful! Would highly recommend!

Jeremy was so helpful, offering his advice and expertise. He helped us to adjust and add to our travel plans to ensure a seamless, stress free and best trip possible! He and the team at Gillian’s travels provided great insight into the best options available, it was great hearing about their personal experiences on these tours etc!

Vera is the most helpful travel guide I have EVER met! With a smile, she recommended us destinations for our entire 12-day roadtrip from Cairns-Brisbane, sat down with me and looked over our calendar plans, and stayed 20 min past her working hours to make sure we had all the information/tips we needed.

She knows so much about the north-east coast and cool things to do/see there, its crazy! Highly recommend anyone backpacking in the area to see her?
