Extremely disappointing that they do NOT offer exchanges. I had purchased $90.00 worth of goods for a dress up party, as to which were not used. All still in packaging, not touched from the shopping bag. I was happy to exchange for other products and purchase OVER the amount.
They do not trust their customers, and they do not “run like that” I got a shrug of the shoulders and not a care In the world. I am absolutely disgusted and I will not be shopping there again. I have told my family and friends. They have now LOST business. I’ve bought balloon bundles over the years which aren’t great quality either. They need to inform their customers there is NO exchange policy when making a purchase, especially if you are grabbing several things as options, as the manager was well aware of.
