"Terrible experience with this company! As a recent graduate, I was looking forward to capturing memories of my special day, but they completely fell short. The photo quality was subpar, and the way they handled the shoot was unprofessional. To add insult to injury, they charged me $45 for a picture that didn't even have my name visible! When I asked about the quality, they claimed they had a "backup" photo that was better, but that turned out to be a lie.

The lack of respect for students is appalling. Overpriced and low-quality services are not what you expect from a company that's supposed to help you commemorate your achievements. This company shows a complete lack of policies, customer values, or consideration for their clients.

On graduation day, we purchased photos after being assured by the staff at the photo stand that our purchase of physical prints would also grant us access to digital downloads once available online. We confirmed this twice, as we wouldn’t have bought the printed photos without the included digital access.

However, when I checked the website, I encountered a paywall requiring an additional $50 per photo to download. After contacting their support team to clarify, I was told that digital copies were not included in my purchase, despite the staff’s clear assurance to the contrary.

This experience feels dishonest and misleading. Why aren’t your staff properly trained? Why are they giving false information to customers on such a significant day?

I intend to report this issue to my university, hoping they seek a more trustworthy and reliable photography provider in the future.

Rina is very rude and inconsiderate. Spoke to us like we were her slaves. Spent $300 just endure her rudeness. Should be reported.

Couldn't deliver after payment. Terrible service.

The GFP website says the spotlight video would be released within 2-4 weeks after the ceremony.

It's been over 11 weeks and they still couldn't deliver the video saying that it couldn't be located. I've since then made countless calls and emails to follow up, my last communication with GFP was over 2 weeks ago and I'm yet to receive any updates.

Very disappointed.

Extremely disappointing. I booked flowers for my daughter's graduation 3 weeks in advance. When I went to collect it at the venue I was told there was some technical issue and they gave the flowers to someone else. They wanted to offer teddy bears for equivalent value.

Worst company to have ever wasted our time with. If there was an option to not give any stars, then this would be it.
We’ve experienced many photographers and companies and this is by far the worst service and scam we’ve ever come across. They charged $300+ just to take 8 poses (their version of the platinum package) AND to our shock, additional $300+ to then purchase those images!
We were the 5th in the queue and at the front of the line. We still had to wait over an hour before our photos were taken.
The photographers only specialise in taking the graduates photo and no one else. Another sham of their ‘service’ was when a fellow graduate waited in line for over 2 hours and by the time she reached the front, got denied. These people really should be reported to ACCC.

My daughter graduated from Monash Uni (May 2023), and GFP did the photo shoot in a well organised and professional manner. They even managed to accommodate some shots of my other daughter who had graduated during the Covid lockdown, so couldn't attend an in-person ceremony. They were very patient. The photos were available the morning after they were taken. The queues for photos were quite long, but were processed quickly as they had lots of photographers available.

My daughter graduated in MCEC last Wednesday (17 August 2022). I paid $50 to get a printout and access the digital photo download. I went to grads.gfp.com.au to download the digital photo but no photos are downloadable or viewable. The photos are supposed to be available within 2 days but accessing them generates an error: "Oops! Stage Photography Not found. Sorry, we can't find your ceremony data. Please try again later or contact our customer service."

I called the customer service and pressed "4" to speak to a GFP customer service but the voice recording kept on playing for more than ten minutes. It looks like the voicemail is just repeatedly playing even if you press "4" because the phone is not even ringing. Please help because this is terrible customer service. Thanks.
