I've been using GC for a while now and they are honestly the best car service, I've used a few over the years. Staff are always amazing and friendly. It's super easy to make appointments and to cancel at short notice. They send you reminders the day before and always show up early. I've had 1 car in like 3 years not show up to pick me up and that was because of an accident. The driver was hit at a car park nearby while waiting for me. Thankfully no one was hurt. The driver called me and the office called me and they arranged to have me picked up in around half an hour. I travel with them at minimum usually 4 times a week to physical therapies and doctors appointments. The call staff know I have memory issues so when I get to the end of my prebooked appointments they will call me and ask if I have my new schedule. It's great, the reminder texts have been super super helpful. I couldn't recommend this team any higher honestly so pleasant, easy to chat with and all round great communication 👏 👍 👌 😀 🙌. They get you were you need to go safely and if you're a pain sufferer like me they take extra care when driving. So thank you Get Chauffeured! you guys have been an extremely dependable service. Fantastic!! Used to get to our destination for our Christmas office lunch to Chowder Bay. Everything went to plan from booking right until drop off. Our driver Steve was very friendly & accommodating. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Always on time, professional, courteous and every ride is comfortable in very nice and well kept vehicles. I would recommend Get Chauffeured to anyone wanting a service like this!! A thousand times better than Uber!!! Every driver is great and after experiencing a terrible car accident myself, I found it difficult to get in a car again, but these drivers are wonderful! Jay has picked me up the last couple of times and he is fantastic. Always on time and ready to help me. Even had a Brisbane appointment and still had Get Chaffeurred meet me at the airport and run me around, then back to the airport.
