We were really impressed by the service that Genesis Audio provided. Speakers and gear were delivered and collected from the venue address in a timely and convenient manner, the exact size of XLR cables that we requested were supplied, and when there was a technical issue with one of the speakers, the problem was quickly rectified.

Elite service and communication by Tomas, got my RX2’s serviced and also repaired on my level/ depth knob as well as a cue button. Job was done in a couple days and everything works perfect now. Even got a few update photos and videos when the repairs were happening.

Got into a pickle. Called GA. Next day I picked up 2 speakers, subwoofer, party lights n a smoke machine. Wedding reception boggied all night having no idea it was almost gona be a bluetooth speaker reception lol A class gears backed heavy by an A class guy. Cant thank you enough Tom. I took in my XDJ RX2’s to Gensis Audio after encountering issues such as my cue buttons not working, jog wheel sensors not being responsive and a broken fader piece, the controller was also very dirty. Tomas from Gensis was able to rectify all these issues for a very generous price and within a short period of time. Will defintley be returning for future servicing
