The food they serve at Jubilee Stadium in Kogarah is beyond bad. The lines for food and beverages are a joke, spent most of the came in a queue. Have to line up separately for food and drinks so everything takes twice as long. The hot dog we ordered was in a hamburger bun but that was the least of the problems with it - just bland, cold food, poorly served. Seems to be across all the major sporting events they cater. Do better

First time at Bathurst, first time with Gema catering. Was amazing, the food was great couldn't fault it at all. The staff was amazing, nothing was too hard for them. We were in the sports lounge. Rachelle and her team was amazing. Loved them.

Stale beer week in week out at Aami Park, ran out of beer 5 minutes into the start of a game last night.

Food quality is absolutely pathetic for what you pay.
I'm really shocked a company like this can hold such big contracts, there must be some cash envelopes being passed around somewhere

Platinum Lounge at Accor Stadium. Food was substandard in quality, range and quantity. Level 4 had healthier options like rice paper rolls and sushi rolls.

So disappointed I could not get a Zero Alcohol Beer at Shark Park. While others could buy up to 4 full strength beers etc. Get your act together.

The food served by the Gema group at the United cup in Sydney was absolutely terrible. The chips were cold but they were no where near as bad as the plant based burger. The bun was the driest bread I have ever tasted and the coleslaw dressing had a weird chemically taste. The burger stated it had pickles but actually had fresh cucumber. It cost $16 dollars but was so terrible that I threw it out after 3 bites. I do not remember any other time that I have thrown food out due to bad quality.

Good at Gosford stadium is so over priced it’s ridiculous. $20 for tiny bucket of deep fried chicken and chips & they close the bar straight after half time. They need to be removed.

Food was atrocious at A League Grand Final.
The esky was in the box, on arrival, completely blocking one of the seats.
Who serves a red hot “meal” to people seated, at a stadium, with laps as tables.
Ket alone a luke warm (at best) pie and sausage toll after desert (bought in) has been had?
Would never recommend this mob to anyone.
Do they actually employ a Chef? I think not.
