Easy boarding with a car. Clear directions. Great to see hosts waiting to greet & direct passengers as they appear from the below decks.
Gear into cabin, drinks at the bar with Tas Gin plus more, plenty of seating to watch the shore lights disappear and some time on the outside deck in chilly winter night quickly brings an appetite.
Dinner on level 7 is $32 per plate. Loved the pork carvery & roast veges, with many side options.
Return night trip in a deluxe cabin was wonderful. Deck 10 for pizza and drinks.
All areas very clean. Recommended travel.

The vessel was super big and full of different kinds of service✨ We shipped our car with us so we would be checked through the car aisle and then got onboard.

We didn’t book the room but the seat was nice, and there’s a washroom inside. There’s three upper floors for passengers to enjoy food, alcohol and entertainment like having buffet, bar and amusement arcade🍔🍾🎮

There’s also plenty of seats and sofas for passengers to have a memorable night with their families and friends.

The vessel drove safely and quietly. It’s really a good choice for entering Tasmania 🚢

Had an awesome sailing over the Easter Holiday. It was a nice experience. Boarding with the car was really smooth. Food was awesome. Many things to do during the day for kids and activities for them are really impressive. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean environment. Restaurants are in every deck and various options available to try on. Highly recommend, even if anyone travels with kids. Thank you Spirit of Tasmania team for the great memories. Looking forward to getting onboard again.

It was a great and smooth sailing. Nice, very well organised and clean. The only remark I have is the cost. It is very expensive to go to Tasmania by ferry. It's off season and the cost is around a $1000 return ticket if you take the car, plus extra for any meal/drink you buy.
My friend went on a luxury Pacific cruise for a week meals included for the same cost.

I recently travelled to Devonport from Melbourne, and I enjoyed the journey. The staffs are supporting and welcoming, no bad experience
They also had cinema, food beverages on board. Overall good experience

Very easy and orderly boarding experience. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No issues getting the 4WD and camper trailer up the ramp and on board.

Love taking a day trip on the spirit of Tasmania, we take a day trip so our 2 year old can run around in the playground and have fun with other kids. She also enjoyed the face painting with the nice lady doing some art and face painting with and for the kids. Also both our kids enjoyed the live music. Has nice clean baby change rooms everything was spot on we enjoyed our cruise.

Deluxe cabin was spotlessly clean and very quiet. Very pleasant way to travel with its own toilet and shower. Bathrobes for after a refreshing shower. Complimentary bottle of wine and a chocolate bar in your room to enjoy while watching TV .
