A great place to see a show in Geelong. Whether it's a school musical, community theatre group or a big name comedian or music artist, there's always something to see. If only they didn't throw every different design style into the renovation, I'd give it 5 stars.

Tonight we went the playhouse to see Kasey Chambers. I had snapped something in my knee this week and landed in a wheelchair. Amy was delightful on the phone and moved us seats to allow me access to a seat. The floor manager when I got there found me even better seats near the stage with access for my wheelchair and the usher Samantha was amazing assisting me to my seat, bought my wine in from the bar. Dale was so lovely helping us all night. They truely made our experience tonight memorable. My only concern would be the disabled loo. The door was so heavy I couldn’t push it open and wheel the wheelchair inside myself someone had to help. Given people with a disability use this bathroom there should be an automatic door on this that swings open itself so they don’t have to struggle with the door and any mobility aid they may be using!!!

Love the facilities at the Arts Centre, very easy to park, licensed bar with theatre snacks available, all seats are fantastic because the theatre isn't huge. Saw Geelong College production of Shrek here as well as Cosentino the magician and Billy Elliott. All great shows for different reasons!

Good seating arrangement unless the person Infront of you stands up to dance πŸ€“πŸ€£ One up All up πŸ‘ for a Jig. An Intimate Auditorium. Smaller than Costa Hall. Stage Size was just right. Lighting and Sound. You can take your wine glasses back to your seat. Toilets are for everyone lol. You can walk in with Hubby πŸ₯Έ Plenty of Street parking. Plenty of Stairs once your inside. Lifts and Wheelchair Access. Very Very Noice Arts Centre.
