Gavin's approach was very genuine. He took time to appraise the property and he clearly explained his approach to; the sale, the selling process and the current market. He also outlined every cost involved. This information was then sent to us in writing for us to consider. Gavin kept us informed of the progress with regular updates, he addressed our concerns and gave his opinions. This made selling the home quite stress free. Gavin was great to deal with and I highly recommend him.

Gavin had sold a few properties in our area, and so he knew the area well, so I chose him to sell my property.
