We initially checked into a cabin. It was 3 bedroom and in the back corner of the park. It was reasonably clean and maintained and did the job well enough. We stayed in the cabin last minute as it was pouring with rain and we had a caravan we did not want to set up in the weather.||||The next day we went down to our booked ensuite site. This was located in the very side corner of the park and was very spacious and secluded. We did find it odd that there was no tap for us to connect our van water, however we do not use it so it didnt effect our stay. The ensuite was tired but maintained.||||The pool was advertised as heated, apparently this was not working and as a result it was very cold. There is an indoor spa that you can pay to use. There are 2 camp kitchen set ups and plenty of bbq's. There is a large outdoor jumping pillow and a lovely playground. There is mini golf that fortunately is free for guests of the park.||||This park is dog friendly. I witnessed one dog owner encourage their dog to defacate and then left it without collection (until he noticed me staring at him, the dog and the poo) and I found this disappointing.||||All but one of the staff members were friendly and helpful - one of the older male staff members had his grandchildren present while we were there, despite the pool signs identifying no jumping etc he sat and watched while all of his grandchildren did exactly that and annoy other patrons.||||I note that this park is being transitioned into an over 50's lifestyle village and so it will not be available as a caravan park in the long term. I would imagine this is why the little things are not maintained and taken care of as the will be disappearing.

We booked a cabin for 2A and 4K. We were very happy with the cabin - more spacious than previous cabins. The tv in the main bedroom was a blessing! We liked the little touches such as milk in the fridge. The cabin was very clean. A few little negatives was that the ash tray on the patio wasn't emptied, (my kids didn't realise what it was until they played the cigarette butts) and the bath mat had dirty foot prints on it (think it wasn't swapped from previous use.) But these are small / minor points and easily forgotten by the facilities.||The facilities were amazing for the family. We were right near the playground, tennis courts and jumping pillows. There was mini golf. The pool looked amazing as well as the spa. We weren't able to use the pool as it was too cold, and the spa has limited hours which need to be booked and paid for prior. Sadly we didn't know and it didn't reopen til 10am (check out time.) There is also a games room.||We were very very happy with this venue and would definitely book again in warmer weather. Highly recommend for campers and families.

We stayed for a weekend and found it excellent. We'd definitely come back again. A nice pool, lots of activities for kiddies and just a lovely place to be. We stayed in a deluxe 2 room cabin that was simple but had everything we needed.
Good location and the lady I communicated with in reception (Pam) was so good. She was friendly and very helpful. She also gave some very good advice for what to see in the area.

We stayed here recently for 2 days for work and booked a cabin based on the photos on their website. The grey cabin on their website is their best cabin and there is only one of them so don't go by their photos. Most of the cabins don't have decking (ours didn't). Apart from this the cabin itself was clean and had a clock radio which was great, downside was there was no shampoo & conditioner in the cabin. The cabin itself was nice & clean. I would recommend staying here for a short stay for the pool was amazing and the staff would have to be the nicest we've come across ever.

The cabins were modern and clean and well laid out. Full kitchen so you can prepare your own meals and save money. The kids loved the bouncy pillow. There is a park and swimming pool. The pool really could do with shade over some of it though. The management were very helpful and friendly. Would definately stay there again. It was close enough to the city to be a good base for trips out.

Our Family stayed here to visit the attractions around Ballarat the cabin we stayed in had everything we needed for a self contained accommodation point of view. Only thing that was laundry is not in the cabins. With park extras like tennis court, putt putt golf, jumping pillow & play equipment & games room we didn't use the pool or Spa, tv room, toilets, Laundry & BBQs around the park also. The park is only fairly small though which makes for a more personal touch. |Cabins are clean modern & spacious enough for family of 4. Price was right also.

We stayed in a new cabin and are very happy with the facilities. Family of 4 but there is enough room for 2 Adults and 4 kids. The park is fantastic for the kids with a pool, jumping blowup thingy, tennis court, mini golf, half court basketball and a games room. Apparently a retirement village is being built on the site at some point. Such a shame. Prices are far better than the Big4. It is 5 minutes from Sovereign Hill and not much further to Ballarat central.

Stayed for 2 nights in April, looked for reasonable priced accomodation and this came up as a good option. Cabin was large, although just two of us it would accomodate six.Well enough equipped, good fridge, microwave and kettle. Bed was comfortable, no noise at night, so we slept well.||Nowhere on site to eat and it was a fairly long walk to where we were told we would find takeaways. There was a pub retaurant, which was shut, although it was opened on the second night and we ate there. Further on was a fish and chip shop, should have been open but wasn't, had to buy tins of soup and bread from a poorly stocked shop with a rude owner.||There is a bus service which takes you into town, the stop is just a few minutes away, but not much good at night as it finishes early.||We did not use any of the park facilities, so cannot comment on them, there does seem to be quite a nice pool, although not very big.
