This is an awesome place to take the kids or play some pool with friends. The tables are great and there's arcade games to entertain the kids.
They really make you feel at home from the moment you walk in, it's a family-run business and we need to support business's like this 😊
Pam is a really friendly host who is very welcoming.
Definitely recommend this pool hall.
We will be back soon.

The mum and daughter that run this place are insane control freaks. They kept having a go at us from the moment we walked in the door. I guess they were moody tonight or something. We’ve been here multiple times and they were never very nice but tonight was just on a whole other level.

We were playing on a table near the toilets and having a good time when the daughter walks up to us and says verbatim “you’re blocking the walkway”. Lady, what walkway The one that doesn’t exist? The place is crowded but people could walk through just fine. Nothing was being obstructed. We were standing around OUR TABLE that WE were playing at. Where else are we supposed to stand? Weird passive aggressive behaviour but alright.

We go up to pay and the mother says these exact words; “the chairs need to go back, you’re not allowed to move them”. Mind you the small stools were out of the way and placed around a small table to the side.

No manners, rude and aggressive. They care more about rearranging the room every time something is moved than they do about the experience of the guests.

Will never go back here. Zero stars for these crazy people.

Staff are always welcoming and lovely. We go regularly and love the vibes and they always take care of us. Pam, Alysa and Costa are great!

Going there since 5 years. This place feels home due the hospitality by the management. Diversity of games is unmatchable. Definitely recommended.

Been coming to this place for a while now and it is one of my favourite spots in Melbourne. Staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly, whether you're a regular or a new face, staff treat their customers with the best customer service and the utmost respect. Would highly recommend this spot.

I had a fantastic time at the Galaxy Pool Table, where I met the lovely Pam and her children, the kind Aysha and charming Costa. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. And I particularly enjoyed Pam's delicious biryani! Thanks so much, guys - I'm definitely coming back again!

just read a review from a lady about galaxy pool lounge who complained about the staff. That they were being rude and freaks. It is so untrue you have gone beyond your point.
I have been going there for 2 1/2 years. They are the most loveliest people and if you look at all the reviews from other people they are so great so your review is counted so far out of line
very untrue and by reading all your other reviews against other places you’ve complained about everyone looks like you’re a bit of a freak
