We recently hosted our brand reveal at Gabbinbar, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, providing exceptional service and support both in the lead-up and on the day of our event. Ever since we first saw Gabbinbar Homestead we knew it was the place we wanted to host our wedding. The staff at Gabbinbar were well co-ordinated and made the initial consultation phase easy to go through. We had about 12 months of planning which was made simple with Gabbinbar's online portal and regular contact. Moving forward to our day, the staff went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly and ensured that we were able to enjoy our day as much as our guests did. The venue looked spectacular and the service was nothing short of excellent. We cannot thank Gabbinbar Homestead enough for giving us the perfect wedding.

We got married at Gabbinbar on the 24th February. When looking for a venue it didn’t take us long to lock in Gabbinbar, as right from the beginning we felt instantly welcomed by the charm of the estate and the friendliness of the staff.

The whole process of planning a wedding with the team at Gabbinbar was seamless and pleasant.

Our guests haven’t stopped raving about our wedding, how beautiful the grounds were how amazing and attentive the staff were on our day.

OMG what an amazing venue and staff. Sine our first meeting with the Gabbinbar we were treated with the utmost care and wow what an amazing venue. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious and everything was taken care of. Nothing was too hard for them even with the weather we had to change wedding location on the day and it just flowed and no issues. Everyone one who attended love love loved the wedding and all mentioned how amazing the venue and staff were. Thank you Gabbinbar and especially Lauren. Also the young guy who looked after us all day….. Amazing. You are all worth money hahahah. We definitely want to do it all over again. Thank you. Dean and Kimberly.

Last week we had the most perfect wedding day at Gabbinbar Homestead. The team were so helpful and supportive throughout the planning process and on the day. You can tell they love what they do, everyone was so friendly and attentive, making sure the day ran smoothly. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. The gardens and were incredible and the reception room is stunning. We can’t thank the Gabbinbar team enough! A day to remember forever!

Gabbinbar is undoubtedly the most magnificent venue we could’ve chosen to get married at and it has easily earned all of its 5-star reviews twice-over.

The grounds are stunning and impeccably maintained. If you enjoy nature and gardens like my wife and I, then it is hands-down the best choice you can make. The gardens are gorgeous and make for the most incredible backdrop (even in the rain like on our day!).

Having grown-up in older Queenslanders ourselves, both my wife and I absolutely loved the quintessential wooden floors of the Homestead, tall ceilings, and of course the stand-out conservatory. With its tall glass ceilings, the conservatory is a jewel. With many, many options to decorate with florals or fairy lights (see their Insta for countless inspiration options) it was truly the most special place.

The entire experience was professional and streamlined, from planning right through to the end of the night. The ‘MyGabbinbar’ portal and amazing staff made coordinating the venue and other vendors an absolute breeze.

The service on the day was faultless, neither my wife or I had to worry about a single thing, which allowed us to instead just focus on having the best time of our lives. In addition, we were outstandingly well looked after on the day before and after the ceremony and during photo shoots – we were constantly offered food and drinks and checked-in with by the staff to make sure we had everything we needed. The entire team was also incredibly quick to jump in when the weather suddenly turned and it rained through the garden party. The transition was seamless.

The food! I’ll admit, I have every reason to be biased, but this was easily the best food I’ve ever had at any wedding I’ve been to. Our guests were extremely pleased with the canapes and garden party food, and have told us that they were well fed throughout cocktail hour. The main meals were incredible (we highly recommend the lamb entrée and main – both were stunning) and the roaming dessert option was perfect for snacks at the end of the night along with our cake.

Special shout-out to just a handful of the fantastic team who were outstanding at all times and each contributed to making our day incredible – Lauren, Tyler and Brandon.

We couldn’t recommend this place more for couples who are looking for both the most beautiful venue in south-east Queensland and who want a stress-free and streamlined experience.

When choosing a venue for your wedding, sometimes the decision is obvious. Gabbinbar was the first venue we visited and it should have been the last. We saw a further 8 venues across Malaney, Montville and the Gold Coast Hinterlands and no other could hold a candle to Gabbinbar. When we strolled through the gardens after seeing the venue and meeting with the team, we couldn't imagine our photos being taken anywhere else besides there. They say "don't judge a book by its cover" but with Gabbinbar, you can. The venue, its staff, the food, the planning, the service and professionalism was second to none. The communications leading up to the big day was seamless and timely through their online portal and the guidance we received was greatly appreciated.

On the day, our guests were well looked after and welcomed. Our dietary specific guests were also well looked after and considered. As there was a sprinkle of rain, everyone was offered unbrellas in a timely manner. Big or small, no detail was overlooked by the staff at Gabbinbar. A special shout out to Lucy and Reilly.
