Throughout planning my wedding, Vanessa was so organized and always quick to respond to my texts, even late at night. Vanessa and her team truly went above and beyond to make our wedding picture perfect. I could not imagine our wedding without her. She was more than a wedding coordinator, she was a very calming presence to my husband and I, and I am walking away from this experience with a new friend! SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

Vanessa assisted my mother and I with designing, planning, and executing setup, tear down, and  every detail of our COVID backyard wedding at my parent’s house.
Vanessa is very organized and genuinely passionate. Her professionalism and ever-determined demeanor is truly admirable, and was very Intentional about making sure I as the bride was taken care of while also making sure everything got done. I couldn’t believe how hard she worked. I was blown away. She constantly checking in on me, always negotiating with the vendors for us. She organized and coordinated across all of our vendors, and offered thoughtful advice along the way. She is extremely experienced in the industry and has many connections throughout South Florida. She is not only an amazing wedding planner but an amazing friend.

Al made sure the reception went smoothly and he kept the party going. He invested so much time to get to know us and make sure they understood exactly the kind of feel and mood we were looking for with lighting and the perfect music selection. I have pictures to prove that EVERYONE was on the dance floor that night! They even took extra time and helped us rehearse our first dance together.

All of our guests were extremely impressed with how the wedding turned out; beautiful, special, intimate, and unique.

Vanessa was absolutely amazing! She was able to make my daughter's wedding flow seamlessly. We had a few backup plans, due to the tropical storm coming this weekend. Vanessa managed every detail and I was able to enjoy the night watching my daughter and son in law. She is an absolute joy and handles it flawlessly. What can I say? Vanessa was AMAZING! From our very first phone call, she really listened to what I wanted and made my vision a reality. When we met up, she gave me her full undivided attention and made me feel like I was her only priority. My vision for my wedding was a pajama party, and thanks to Vanessa and Ashley, my wedding was an elegant and unique event. If it wasn't for Vanessa, it would've looked like a 5-year-old's birthday party and we'd all be eating cereal out of paper bowls! Vanessa checked in on me with increasing frequency as my big day approached and she even went so far as to send me calming essential oils and a special tea to help me calm my nerves while I got ready on my big day. Vanessa and Ashley made setup and my wedding day a breeze, and if something went wrong, I surely didn't know about it. One of the most memorable parts of the ceremony for me was when my 19 month old got really overwhelmed and Vanessa was right there to scoop her up and comfort her so things could continue smoothly. I have a SUPER cute picture of them together, too! I'm sure I could go on for pages, but I'll sum it up by saying Vanessa was worth every cent! She made me feel special and pampered and heard and I highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. Vanessa - I can't thank you and Ashley enough for rocking my world and making my wedding day so care-free and beautiful. I couldn't be happier!
