In my 15 years of owning a business never have I had such a poor experience as I have with FUJIFILM Business Innovation. Not only did their internal communication and service levels fall well below acceptable standards, but what is most concerning is their contracting process.

FUJIFILM appears to have executed a long-term service agreement without any approval from company directors and without proper authority from our side. The individual who allegedly signed was not authorized to do so, and at no point were the company’s directors notified or consulted. Despite multiple efforts to raise this issue, FUJIFILM has refused to acknowledge the procedural failure and continues to pursue payment under what we consider to be an invalid and misrepresented agreement.

To make matters worse, our venue was refused toner and support on multiple occasions—despite the existence of this so-called contract. We were explicitly told by their own team that no agreement was in place. It was only when collection notices began arriving that we discovered they were attempting to enforce a contract tied to a device that doesn’t even exist at our premises.

In short:

Contracts executed without director approval

Refusal of service despite claiming a valid agreement

Continued pursuit of payment under misleading terms

Poor customer service and lack of resolution

If you value transparency, ethical business practices, and basic operational competence, I would strongly urge you to consider other providers. FUJIFILM’s handling of this matter has been both unprofessional and deeply concerning.

We thankfully parted ways today with Fujifilm Business Innovation today - one thing I will say about Jill and all of the team, that their service is consistent - consistently bad that is!
I can't stress enough that you run a business, the only thing you should run with these guys is to run away!
Terrible service, will tell you anything to sign up and then you are stuck - I couldn't be happier than seeing the final direct debit coming out of our account today!!

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS UNLESS YOU HAVE NOTHING TO DO BUT WAIT!!!
We bought a Fuji M225 dw printer with scanner a year ago, we were happy with it as the printer works ok and the company has provided good service 24/7.
Recently we had problem with our printer, it showed check the connection, we rang Fuji support, then we were told that the support team doesn't work on weekends, they only work Monday to Friday!! we had no choice but to wait till Monday to ring again, a female told us that they have updated the system so we can not do our scan in a usual way, on the day we finally got our printer working, then a few days later the printer would not work again, showing check the connection again, we followed the instruction that was given last time, and still not working, sadly this time is on the weekend again, so we have to wait till Monday again!!!!
They really should warn people that they do not have any support on weekends, do not have any problem on weekends otherwise you will have to wait to fix the problem until Monday when they are back to work again!!!

Beware of misleading, deceptive practices and blatant unconscionable conduct.

Formerly had 3 production machines on contract with Fujifilm. On my last contract, they increased the click rate on the agreement AFTER I had signed and submitted it by crossing it out and HAND WRITING a new rate on their copy. The original rate that I had signed for was not honoured, despite proving it was not what I had signed for. In fact I was forced to sign an amendment to the contract with a specified annual rate increase. Fujifilm are well aware that businesses rely on having the consumables and servicing as part of their contracts, and will not hesitate to threaten removal of access during billing disputes to force you to pay.

Additionally, sales reps will ghost you once the machines are delivered. They will also completely change the structure of your billing without any notice, by misleading you into believing it is the same structure as your previous. Complaints directed to the area manager resulted in gaslighting and condescending comments about my understanding of contracts. Finally, servicing response times are not as fast as advertised. Most technicians are wonderfully helpful but are unfortunately held back by dodgy company policies.

I have never experienced such bad customer service in my whole life. From the onset of dealing with them, it has been a nightmare experience. They don't listen, they don't respond, they don't act. There are NO words in the English dictionary to describe the poor service they provide, from service to accounts. I have been in business for many years and would never recommend this company to anyone.

I have had a Fuji Xerox printer for a long time. When I want to set up a new laptop to print wirelessly to my printer, I phone the helpline and they always help me out. They are always patient and solve the problem regardless of how long it takes.

Recently I have changed Internet providers and have had problems with my printer connections (don't know if that is common). So I have had to phone them a few times recently and, as always, they are patient and resolve the issue.

However, on one occasion, the exact nature of a problem should have been explained to me but I guess the service person had solved my problem and wanted to get on to the next call. It would only have taken 1 minute to explain it. It would have given me a better understanding of the issue which would have eased my mind about my printing problems under my new provider which I now believe is not an issue with the new provider but is just "one of those things". It was explained to me on my next call to them when I had to set up another laptop.

Horrible customer service and very unhelpful team.I would never recommend to any one.
We signed the contract with Fujifilm 3 months ago. They promised to deliver the printer in two weeks but they didn't and now 3 months we are still waiting. we tried to call them and send them an email but they never replied .If you think about the subscription, please think twice about it with this company. This terrible experience made me give a bad review.
