I needed a camera after years of Crime Scene work and found myself purchasing a Fujifilm camera. They have all met my expectations. Now a decade of use and all my cameras have been reliable including servicing never an issue. The release of the GFX50s was and is a great camera to this day. The mirrorless direction really changed the direction of photography. Keep doing what your doing Fujifilm.

I would like to repost my review and correct some information. I walked into civic store five months ago, on May 12. There was a male staff member who appeared to be of Asian descent and a female staff member chatting in the store. There were no other customers at the time. After we walked in, neither of them stopped talking, and it wasn’t until I had been browsing for quite a while that I asked, "Do you have...?" Before I could finish my sentence, the employee named Joham interrupted me and said flatly, "Out of stock." He was leaning on the counter, not moving at all. My partner asked him why they were displaying the item if it was out of stock. He impatiently replied, "I can assure you, you won’t be able to buy this camera for the next year, as it's out of stock across all of Australia." He offered no alternative solution and displayed an unprofessional attitude.
I was very upset and contacted their provided email for complaints. However, five months later, I still haven’t received any response. In my frustration, I called their manager, Nicole. Throughout the call, she kept responding with vague sounds like "uh-huh, uh-huh," which made me even more uncomfortable. I’m not sure whether it was because my husband and I look younger and of Asian descent, so they assumed we weren’t "serious" buyers of their expensive equipment, but this was an extremely poor shopping experience, especially for a brand from Japan, which is known for placing great importance on customer service.

If I could, I would rate Fujifilm Australia with zero stars, but the system only allows a minimum of one. My recent experience with them has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional.

After placing an order for a printer, it took several days to receive a response. When they finally got back to us, the assistance provided was lacklustre at best. Despite repeated requests for estimated delivery dates, we were left in the dark with no updates whatsoever.

On the day of delivery, we received a mere 30-minute heads-up from Team Global Express or Toll. This short notice made it impossible for us to coordinate with our internal ICT team, as recommended by Fujifilm's account manager. Prior to the Fuji technician's arrival, we had explicitly requested assistance with print controls, but to no avail. The technician who arrived seemed clueless about crucial functionalities like print controls and card reader installation. As a result, we now have a multifunction printer that can only print and copy, despite assurances of its scanning capabilities.

Attempting to resolve these issues with Fujifilm's phone support proved to be equally fruitless. After wasting 45 minutes on the phone, we were informed that adding scanning capabilities to our unit would require a complete overhaul from the beginning. This revelation is not only infuriating but also indicative of the incompetence and lack of accountability within the company.

In addition to the litany of operational mishaps, I must highlight a deeply unsettling incident during my attempt to activate the scanning function. The technician, in a move that bordered on audacious, requested access to my personal Google account. Shockingly, he then proceeded to delve into my security settings without my consent. When I expressed my discomfort, citing the personal and sensitive material stored within, he hastily requested a company Gmail account instead. This blatant breach of personal security underscores Fujifilm Australia's disregard for customer privacy and professionalism.

Our experience with Fujifilm Australia has been nothing short of a nightmare. The incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction have not only cost us time and money but also tarnished our trust in their brand. We strongly advise against choosing Fujifilm for your printing needs. Do your research and opt for companies like Ricoh and Kyocera, which prioritize customer care and efficiency.

Best customer service ever experienced. I’ve visited Fuji Film to repair my daughter’s Instax. The receptionist at the Macquarie Park was extremely friendly and helpful. Also, Kelly organised not just a replacement but upgrade it to the latest model and shipped out to me as I live a bit far from where they are. I wanted to give more than 5 stars. 👍👍👍

Absolutely disappointed with fujifilm Sydney service. I purchased my camera through an online shop XY and contacted Fujifilm upfront to check if they can take my camera in for an inspection and repair it. There is a technical error with the AF function only after two months of purchase. They confirmed I can bring my camera in, alongside with the receipt and warranty proof which I did. At the customer service center, it was confirmed to me that my camera will be fixed within the next three weeks. I thought great! But then, only one day later, I receive a call from Fujifilm CS saying they can't fulfill my request as I purchased the camera through a different online reseller. I understand you have some internal policy, Ok, but please explain to me why did I have to spend money and my time in order to receive this kind of information You could have just informed me via phone when I was talking to your customer service or at least when I brought the camera with the receipt to your headquarters. Thank you guys 6 hours of my life has been wasted.

I recently joined the Fujifilm Professional Services and needed to have my 10-24mm lens cleaned as there were some spots inside. I dropped off the lens in the morning around 9 and before noon they called and said I could collect my lens which was awesome because I needed it for work. Kudos to Tracy and the team for a fantastic turn around time! Stoked about this new service that Fujifilm provides to working professionals!

I went in pretty annoyed that there was even a problem with my new GLX but the service team in Brookvale were just so amazing. Turned it around so quickly and Kelly went above and beyond to get my work camera back to me. Amazing service. Plus they fixed the camera.

I lost the eye piece off my Fujifilm XT10 a few days before going overseas on a photography trip. The eyepiece of my XT2 doesn't fit so swapping was not an option. Hayley, who works at the Fujifilm helpdesk ,was very helpful locating the correct eyepiece and arranging it could be picked up at the Fujifilm reception in Brookvale. There was no time to mail it to Camera House Katoomba, who were equally helpful in organising the payment. I'm a happy customer
