I had been working in the Perth Hospitality industry for over 20 years. I was seeking that role of a lifetime. The cherry on the top kind of role. I signed up at some agencies around Perth and was horrified at the lack of professionalism and limited knowledge of the hospitality industry specific to Perth.
Then I met Martin from the Perth office. This man lives and breathes the Perth hospitality industry. Hayley is excellent at her job! She was in constant contact with my partner and I as she organised a great contract for us, at no point was I left wondering what was happening as she was very communicative. Which is just what you want when going through a recruitment agency, have had other experiences where you're left for weeks un spoken to, until they finally get around to you and say you've got the job... But it's too late you've gone with something else!
Very happy with the position we are in, having someone organise things for you up until the interview stage was really beneficial for finding the right role. Hassle free!
