I cannot agree more with other negative reviews about the presales. They are a joke and very misleading. Also you need to more accurately estimate the demand and popularity of the artists and musicians you bring out to Australia. Benson Boone is very popular and warranted a much larger venue for him like Rod Laver Arena. It was the worse experience trying to get tickets!! Very frustrating and disappointed to not be able to get any tickets.

What is the point of signing up as a member when all of your presales are sold out in less than 1 second. Happens time and time again. Either your tickets don't exist or you have pre allocated them before the sale begins. Pathetic

Abysmal customer service. We won a competition from Frontier Touring and they never gave us the tickets. My emails were ignored. Got a response after ages with no apology and no resolution. Worst customer service I have had of any company in Australia. I recommend avoid this company and don't waste your time with them.
