Hands down the best thing to happen to Gladesville since I’ve lived here! John and the whole team are absolutely fantastic, and the instructors, Allec and Mel, are truly outstanding. Their knowledge, passion, and patience make every dive a great experience.

Frog Dive has completely reignited my love for diving and the ocean. The atmosphere is welcoming, the team is professional, and you can feel their genuine excitement for what they do. Staff are very helpful when comparing gear and genuinely passionate about diving.

EDIT: Just completed my my open water diver course with Frog Dive and Sean was an amazing dive instructor who was patient and was willing to answer any questions that I had. He was willing to go beyond the scope of the course to teach me how to properly use my new dive computer while we were at Shelly Beach (which was a surreal dive experience after binging dive YouTube videos the week prior). I hope to do my advanced course soon with Frog Dive again and remember, stay froggy!

Gina and Larissa held the boat for an extra 10 minutes so I could still dive (took a wrong exit). I've been getting my gear and fills from here for a while now. It's a really good store and the staff are excellent. Feels less commerical than others

Just rude arrogant service from an old boomer. Dropped off my gear for a service and just told everything I can't do, can't get a battery for my computer, can't get a strap for my computer. Quick search of internet and I bought a strap from Wilderness Dive and Ski in Liverpool and ive ordered a battery from OS. Wilderness, They just ordered it from Scubapro.
Three weeks after dropping my gear off for a service I had to ring and follow up. Upon collecting it and when walking into the shop just being asked, "who are you?" is just rude.
I check the service sheet and find out it was serviced only days after dropping it off, so I guess no one wanted to call me and let me know it was ready. Definitely won't be back.

I recently bought a dry suit from Frog Dive. The help and advice I got from John Warner was superb at all stages (advice, procurement, fitting, and after sale). John was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He delivered on promised times and always followed up with phone calls. So good to see!

Did my open water when i was 19 then came back last year to do my advanced, in between bought plenty of gear and never been led astray, instructors are top notch and John in particular has impeccable customer service skills

I did the padi open water course with Sean as a instructor, and Megan, Mel and Lilly as divemaster and they were amazing, very nice people and very easy to learn with them, I definitely recommend them, thank you guys!!!
