F2T has an amazing and attentive team for travel winnings. Leonie was, in particular, the superstar of the team. Not only did she take care of all my travel itineries, she kept her post travel service to the top. I would have missed my returning flight if it weren't her notifying me that one leg of the trip was not confirmed due to me changing the flight times. I could not have had so much fun with my winnings without her and the team.

Leonie from Free 2 Travel organised a girls weekend away trip for us 2 single mums and it was the most wonderful and stress free travel we have ever had the pleasure of experiencing. We cannot recommend Leonie enough. Outstanding customer service, so friendly, always prompt in returning calls or emails and went the extra mile to make sure our trip was as enjoyable as possible.

I just had a few days away to the Melbourne Australian Open this week. It was my first time to Melbourne and never been to a tennis tournament at all. I booked the get away through Mark Waters and told him that i had no idea where to go and what to do in Melbourne.
Within no time, my flights and accomodation was booked. The hotel was very close to the tennis venue and the entry tickets to the Aust Open was all done.
My wife and i had the most extra ordanary trip with every thing going to plan and executed perfectly. I want to thank Mark and his team for making our first Aust.Open experience a perfect one and looking foward to doing it again next year. . Thank you Mark Waters and Theo the wonderfull driver.

Found the consultant to be reasonably helpful but rather condescending as I had won the voucher. Not sure why companies just don't award a Flight Centre card or similar. They also didn't seem to be able to access any travel "deals" which then meant the $$$'s didn't go as far.
