Had the most amazing trip, highlight - absolutely seeing elephants in the wild, nothing comes close to this amazing feeling loved every second of it. The ladies at this agency have always gone above and beyond to make sure every holiday,tour and excursion has been easy and hassle free. Our latest tour to Vietnam from start to finish was seamless and everything was looked after above our expectation.

From start to finish there was a lack of communication, she never sent receipts via emails when she said she would and wouldn’t answer emails for days or sometimes wouldn’t reply at all. The head lady that was handling my holiday was NEVER there and other staff couldn’t help. Yawned all the time when speaking to her or was eating lunch. She spent more talking about her personal life than talking about my holiday and what I wanted out of it. Couldn’t remember what holiday I had booked when I went in there. When asked for a refund for the deposit of my holiday, it took almost 2 weeks and several follow up emails for her to finally deposit into my account.

In short, unprofessional, unorganised and rubbish! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

An absolute joke! Avoid this amature hour circus act at all costs!

From start to finish there was next to no general knowledge about where we were traveling or what we wanted. We booked our thailand holiday 12 months in advance. The purpose of this holiday was to get married in thailand having a traditional thai wedding. At every step of the way the travel agent wouldnt follow through on what she said. every time she said she would email us this we would have to chase her up days later.
From double booked accomodation to incorrect flights, We had to correct almost everything. I asked about any elopement packages over there, she told me she would look into it and let me know.... a week later i hadnt heard anything so i went in and asked. the response i got was google it.

there was no explination as far as what to do or what to expect.
We could have booked our own holiday and activities online like expedia or simmilar. The price would have been about half but the service and support would have been so much better.... lesson learned...... never again
